Heydar Aliyev Corner was established at the State Committee on Refugees and IDPs Issues on 14 June 2006.

    In the Corner there have been exhibited photos taken during the meetings of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev with heads of foreign states, OSCE leaders, representatives, co chairs of the Minsk Group, and representatives of other international organizations on political-peaceful solution of the problem, information about the large scale measures taken in the field of the improvement of social protection of refugees and IDPs, video records of the meetings held regarding refugee and IDP issues, and elegantly printed books about the National Leader Heydar Aliyev.
